STT Palava

STT Palava is a planned data center facility located in Palava, Mumbai, India. ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) acquired a 24.34-acre parcel of land in the region for $56.6 million. This site will be integrated into a larger green data center park, a joint initiative by the Maharashtra government and Lodha. The expansive park is slated to cover 370 acres and aims for a total capacity of 2GW to address India's increasing data demand. The project involves an investment of approximately $405 million and is projected to create 6,000 local jobs. STT GDC is a significant global player in the data center industry, with a substantial portfolio across multiple geographies.
